Customer Care division looks after Warranty works and after sale assistance worldwide: whatever is the owner’s technical need and wherever he is  in the globe, the Customer Care team will assist him in the technical works and coordinate the delivery of the spare parts.

In order to offer a seamless point of contact in one of the Mediterreanean’s busiest yachting hub, SWS has established a close knit relationship with PEGASO, which is the Marketing, Sales and Customer Care Representative for Southern Wind since 2007.

Pegaso office is located in Genoa, Italy, in the center of the Mediterranean Area, which enhance robust relationships within the industry keeping the contact with the rapidly changing world of superyachts.
