Thanks to its close relationship with both the shipyard and the Pegaso Commercial team, the Customer Care team offers Southern Wind owners highly professional after-sales services.

Once Southern Wind yachts arrive from Cape Town, the Customer Care team welcomes their crews and supports them by supervising all warranty works necessary after a 7000 mile maiden voyage.

The Customer Care team tracks Southern Wind yachts as they sail around the world, helping crews with maintenance issues, supplying spare parts when necessary and giving timely and precise assistance wherever the yacht may be.

The systems, electronics, interiors and purchasing experts in the Customer Care team are in constant contact with Southern Wind Shipyard. They visit the yard both during commissioning and construction, and often participate in the yacht’s maiden voyages to verify the correct functioning of systems and equipment first hand.

Since 2010, the Pegaso Technical office and the Customer Care team specialized in Refit Project Management of SWS yachts. Owners who decide to entrust their yachts to Pegaso will find a team of professional engineers and architects ready to solve any kind of problem and organise any sort of maintenance work.
