From the moment your yacht is delivered in South Africa, our Customer Care team will be there to assist you, providing complete peace of mind and helping to protect his yacht for future generations to enjoy. Our team offers a high quality and unique service, being the entry-point to SWS technical knowledge, including all original plans and records of all SWS yachts built so far. Our Customer Care division looks after warranty works and after-sale assistance worldwide; whatever the owner’s technical need and wherever they are on the globe, the SWS Customer Care team will assist him.
Once Southern Wind yachts arrive from Cape Town, the SWS Customer Care team welcomes their crews and supports them by supervising all the warranty works necessary after a 7,000-mile maiden voyage.
A client account is assigned to each Southern Wind yacht delivered. This person will be the main point of contact for the yacht and her crew, managing the relationship with the shipyard in Cape Town and any suppliers involved in the warranty operations.
The Customer Care team tracks Southern Wind yachts as they sail around the world, helping crews with maintenance issues and supplying spare parts.
The systems, electronics, interiors and purchasing experts in our Customer Care team are in constant contact with Southern Wind Shipyard. They visit the yard both during commissioning and construction, and often participate in the yacht’s maiden voyages to verify the correct functioning of systems and equipment first hand.
