Southern Wind Shipyard and its partners, Farr Yacht Design and Nauta Design, found a sweet spot with their latest collaboration, working on behalf of an experienced yacht owner who came to them with well-developed ideas about the best configuration and concept for a 30-metre cruiser-racer. The end result by all accounts is a spectacular success. Breathtakingly sleek and stylistically unique, the Southern Wind 105 GT Taniwha was delivered on time and on budget with remarkable weight savings and performance gains achieved.
